Trade Center Disaster Response: The disaster of Tuesday, September 11,
2001 will be remembered as one of the worst in our nation's history. The
response to this tragedy was unprecedented in nature and scope. Dozens
of University Hospital staff members - Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
providers-rushed to the scene and we are very proud of them. The University
will observe a moment of silence at 9:11 a.m. on September 11, 2002.
