The Director of Facilities Planning, with the assistance of the architectural support staff, is
responsible for maintaining and managing Archival Documentation for University owned
facilities. These documents are maintained in our Newark office. We maintain and update
the AutoCAD files as renovations change existing floor plans and new facilities are
constructed.
Schools/ units may request Architectural Documentation by submitting a Request for
Information memorandum to the Director of Facilities Planning.
