ADMC/Renovations & Relocations

This project is the largest of the capital plan initiatives affecting approximately
250,000 square feet. It includes renovation/upgrade of the GA Level through 7th
floor in the Stanley S. Bergen Jr. building and retrofit of the majority of buildings
in the administration complex.

In the SSB, academic and administrative space will be upgraded for the School
of Health Related Professions, the Schools of Nursing, and the Graduate
School of Biomedical Sciences. In addition, the renovation will establish new
offices for the School of Public Health providing them with a Newark Campus
presence. Central Administration will consolidate Academic Affairs and several
financial departments, as well.

The renovations will result in vacated space in the Administration Complex,
which will be used for overflow to the New Jersey Medical school. Currently two
buildings are under construction: Building 5 for Public Safety and Building 9 for
Clinical Skills Testing, a New Jersey Medical School department.

The project is being done in stages.
