Office Key

Newark/ Piscataway / New Brunswick

Complete the Locksmith Work Request form, and obtain sign-offs from your supervisor, and the Facilities Manager of your unit. Forward the form to the locksmith office on your respective campus, either by fax or through the mail (but not both). The locksmith’s office will call you when your key is ready. You will be required to leave a deposit of $5 when picking up your key. Please complete the form that will be given to you, and be prepared to show a picture ID such as your University ID or driver’s license.

Stratford/ Camden

Complete the Locksmith Work Request form, and obtain sign-offs from your supervisor, and the Facilities Manager of your unit. Deposit the form in the Locksmith’s mailbox located in the Primary Care Center building at Police Headquarters, or mail it to "Locksmith – Public Safety – PCC – Police HQ – Stratford." Every Friday, the locksmith will pick up the work orders and drop off keys. When your key is ready, a Public Safety Representative will call you to pick it up. You will be required to leave a deposit of $5 when picking up your key. Please complete the form that will be given to you, and be prepared to show a picture ID such as your University ID or driver’s license.
