Biennial Status Reports to the Governor
In December 2004 and in December 2006, the Governor’s Task Force on Cancer Prevention, Early Detection and Treatment in New Jersey (“Task Force”) issued the first two in a series of biennial status reports on comprehensive cancer control in New Jersey (as mandated initially by the original gubernatorial Executive Order establishing the Task Force and subsequently by legislation).  These were prepared by Dr. Weiss and staff with oversight from the Evaluation Committee.  Peer review included the Task Force and NJDHSS review processes.

December 2004 Status Report to the Governor
The version posted here omits three lengthy appendices in the interests of space and accessibility. (One of these three appendices consists of two sample county report summaries; all of the county report summaries are available on this web site. The material omitted from all three appendices is fully described in the abridged version of the report posted here.)
