Documentation of Training

At the end of the module you must complete a form to document that you completed the module.  You and whomever else you designate on the form will receive an email confirming that you completed the training. You will also receive an automatic email reminder several months before you again need to complete refresher training.

Documentation of Training Status for Personnel in Your Department or Laboratory

EOHSS has an online tool that can be used to check the health and safety training status of UMDNJ personnel. Administrators, Department Chairs or Principal Investigators may contact eohsshelp@umdnj.edu to be given authorization to use the tool.
