To satisfy this requirement, UMDNJ has a contract with Chem-Tel, a service that will advise responders in case of an emergency involving your shipment. To use this service, provide the information requested below and click, "Submit." The information is sent to Chem-Tel, to EOHSS and to you (if you provide your email address.)
