MUST be reported on Patient Safety Net.
ALWAYS REMEMBER that if
you are involved in a safety incident that resulted or could have resulted
in an occupational illness or bodily injury, you and your Supervisor must
complete an incident report and submit it to the UMDNJ Risk and Claims department.
