
Using the Digital Media Store: Requisitioners
What is a DMS Requisitioner and what can they
do?
- Requisitioners
assist purchasers by
setting up a product order but can not
complete the final purchase
- Requisitioners generally:
- Set up products for their office
or program
- Report to a purchaser who
approves and orders each job
- Requisitioners can:
- Select a product template
- Customize text information or graphics in that
template
- Save a customized product template for review
by a purchaser
To set up a DMS account as a Requisitioner
- If your office/group has an assigned purchaser they
should guide you through the process
of setting up a requisitioner account
