AST/Digital Media Services becomes the Digital
Media Store
IST/Academic Systems and Technologies has set up
a new infrastructure for print-based graphic design
and production services previously offered through
Digital Media Services.
The
marketing and communications needs of UMDNJ have
been and will continue to be effectively served by
approved external vendors. A summary of the changes,
effective July 10, 2006 can be found below.
Graphic Design and Service Vendors
The following services are no longer supported by
IST/AST. Click on each item for appropriate vendor
options. Your unit
may have internal resources that can provide some
of these services.
File Archives
If your project was completed during the past two
(2) years AST will most likely have these files archived
and can provide them to you on a CD-ROM compatible
with the Macintosh Computers used by the majority
of graphic designers and print vendors.
AST will process project file requests
through November 15, 2006. Retrieval of available
files and copying to CD-ROM will be free of charge.
To requests project files from AST contact our front
desk at 2x5488 and have the following information
available so that we can locate your files:
- Client Name
- Project Name
- Project Dates (start, end)
- Project reference number or project number
