State of NJ Ethics

Executive Order 41, issued by Acting Governor Codey, requires ethics training for ALL employees of New Jersey State Authorities, of which UMDNJ is one.

How to Access On-Line Training

  1. Go to www.state.nj.us/lps/ethics
  2. Click on Training on the left hand side of the screen
  3. Click on On-Line Training Modules
  4. Most Employees are required to take the following five modules:
    • Attendance at Events
    • Gifts
    • Outside Activities
    • Post-Employment
    • Recusal
  5. In addition, those employees who had to file a Financial Disclosure Statement will also take:
    • Executive Order 10 module
  6. At the end of each module, there is a form that you will have to fill out to verify your training. After filling out the form, receipts for completion of each module will be sent to your e-mail address.
