AREAS OF PARTICULAR SENSITIVITY

Everyone should be aware of the basic legal requirements that apply to his or her job responsibilities. The Corporate Compliance Officer, or any appropriate supervisor, should be consulted as to questions whether a particular action is lawful. The following have been identified as areas that may be particularly susceptible to criminal or other prohibited behavior. Some of these areas relate to all UMDNJ employees, and other relate only to those who work in certain specialized fields.
