Reference Guide

The Code of Conduct is supplemented by a Reference Guide that provides links to policies, procedures, guidelines and department contacts.

The Code of Conduct is reviewed annually and necessary changes are recommended to the UMDNJ Board of Trustees for consideration and if appropriate, adoption. The Reference Guide is reviewed annually and updated after review with the Ethics and Compliance Oversight Committee.
