As public employees, UMDNJ persons must comply with State of New Jersey Conflict of Interest Laws, State of New Jersey Ethics Guidelines, and UMDNJ policy to avoid actual or perceived conflicts between their UMDNJ roles and other interests (including their personal and/or financial interests).
