best feature is probably the link to "Help for Grandparents Raising
Grandchildren". The resources cover finding health insurance, dealing
with difficult behavior, legal issues and much more.

The National Adoption Information
Clearinghouse provides a guide for dealing with the child
welfare system. There are links to plenty of other useful resources.
