Alternative Benefit Program (ABP)

All full-time faculty members are required to participate in the Alternative Benefit Program (ABP). (For the purpose of this section only, full time is defined as a member of the faculty whose University employment equals 88% or more of a full-time equivalent.) Enrollment is normally effective on the first of the month following employment.
