Competitive Strategies: Statewide and Regional

Comprehensive thinking about how UMDNJ connects as an institution with the State’s health policy and health services structures is a centerpiece of the strategic plan. Identifying the appropriate places for University leadership and support in these areas is a major part of this group’s work. Additionally, framing a strategic competitive role and related opportunities for UMDNJ across all mission areas in New Jersey and regionally will provide context for University development.
