Strategic Planning Advisory Group

The Strategic Planning Advisory Group is a 30-member group comprising two representatives from each school and the clinical units, four members appointed by the President, two second-year students, two alumni, one representative from the Deans' Committee, and one representative from the Board of Concerned Citizens.

School and clinical unit representatives include one senior faculty member/administrator who is responsible for the implementation of the school/clinical unit’s strategic plan, and one junior faculty member at the assistant professor level or below who has been with the University for five years or less.

Students and alumni serve on a rotating basis so that each school will have representatives from these constituencies every two years. This year, the students were selected from the School of Nursing and the New Jersey Dental School. The alumni were selected from the New Jersey Medical School and the School of Public Health.
