At UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine
University Wellness Center Presents Energy-boosting Workshop on December 4

If "happy" is slowly draining from your hectic holidays and you're looking for a way to recharge your spirits, plan to attend "Keep Your Energies Humming During the Holidays," a free lecture sponsored by the University Wellness Center at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey(UMDNJ)-School of Osteopathic Medicine, on Thursday, Dec. 4, from noon to 1 p.m. in the medical school's Academic Center, on Laurel Road, in Stratford. The program features Elsie Kerns, of Wellness Workers, Inc., who will share tips for revitalizing your natural energy during the holiday season.
